A retired professional athlete, I spent three years living overseas in the Czech Republic, Finland and Switzerland, playing volleyball, travelling Europe and chronicling my adventures for my blog, Makena Musing.

 

Since returning to the United States, I worked as the Lead Copywriter for the pet-centric social app, Offleash'd before transitioning into the realm of digital marketing and content creation for a real estate company.​
